Although the true paint colour of the Shutters ordered are intended to match their respective Dulux specifier Colour sample provided, please note the following from the Dulux Colour Specifier: “All Colours portrayed in the Specifier approximate the finished colour as closely as possible. Colours selected for use should be confirmed with site paint samples to ensure satisfaction” (Site Paint samples should be attained as per the ColourRight™ Order Form Guide found on the ColourRight™ section of this website). In the absence of Dulux specifier as in the case of client colour swatch selection per client-created colour swatches, Colours selected for use should be confirmed with site paint samples to ensure satisfaction” (Site Paint samples should be attained as per the ColourRight™ Order Form Guide found on the ColourRight™ section of this website).
In addition, there can be slight colour variation in colour matching. It is industry standard that print and paint Colour tones may vary up to 5% (percent). IMS Window Furnishings and ShutterRight™ will not accept any risk or bare any cost for any colour tone variations, interpretations or discrepancies within this 5%(percent) acceptable standard. Colours, their appearance and interpretation in general are affected by light conditions, the environment in which they are being viewed and or presented as well as the interpretation of individuals viewing them under the aforementioned varying circumstances.
However, if you are in any doubt whatsoever at any time and to be on the safe side regards your colour selection, we recommend sighting an actual sample before proceeding with your order. WORRIED ABOUT SELECTED COLOURS ONLINE vs IN A STORE OR SHOWROOM?
Choosing colours in a showroom is no less restrictive than choosing colours online. Showrooms present light and tone restrictions which could result in differences to the final colours as delivered. So too choosing colours online is restrictive based on your monitor resolution, contrast and brightness. You are therefor no more disadvantaged in any way by making your colour selections through our online process. Just like Bricks and Mortar Showrooms, we offer Colour samples but better still we deliver them to you so that you can view them in YOUR home and the natural environment in which you wish them to be.
