How to measure

Follow these steps OR

1. Decide - Inside or Outside fitting? How is each shutter to be fitted?

Inside mount: Fitting inside the window reveal?

OR

Outside mount: Fitting on the wall outside the window reveal

2. Measure - Where and how to measure?

For inside mount measure like this

One inside Width measurement

 

One inside Height (drop) measurement

For outside mount: measure like this

Take one Width measurement and one Height (drop measurement)

Without Architrave
Take measurements as inside mount (above) and add 50mm (as per the areas in thh images below and to the right - in red

With Architrave:
If your window opening has an architrave then measure to the end of the architrave as the Shuttter frame will sit outside and around the architrave.
